  • You must have at least 6-8 glasses of water every day.
  • You must revert to your normal diet after 7 days.

The Cabbage Soup Diet is not a magic diet. In reality it is a very logical one. It is based on a very low calorie diet which will automatically foster weight loss. Of course, while most of the initial weight loss is comes from fluids this doesn’t not meant that the entire program is a failure.
